Mark Featherson is an account executive for the Custom Publishing and Book Publishing divisions. He was previously the marketing director for a real estate consulting firm helping to create logo recognition, niche marketing publications and an SAAS Web site. Born and raised on Indianapolis’ far north side, Mark graduated from North Central High School and received his B.A. in Communication from Indiana University. He currently lives in Noblesville with his wife and two young children.

Jodi joined the Custom Publishing staff in 2006 as the Customer Service Representative and is now our Production Coordinator. She has broad experience in project management, book publishing, marketing, and customer support. Jodi worked for three years at Cork Hill Press, a Print-On-Demand book publishing company, as production coordinator and layout designer. She was production manager at ImageAccess, Inc., a business presentations company, for 18 years, and for ten of those years, she was also a full business partner. Her knowledge and experience ensures that quality and customer service are top priorities for every job. Jodi enjoys golf, travel, writing and photography.

Jeff joined the IBJ Custom Publishing team in January 2008 as an intern before becoming administrative coordinator. He is a 2007 graduate of the Indiana University School of Informatics. His studies at IU included computer illustration, animation and graphic design. Before joining the IBJ team, Jeff conducted a four-year research project that examined the implementation of new and emerging technologies in today’s business environment while he was employed with the Peace Learning Center on Indianapolis’ northwest side. Jeff’s current responsibilities include developing marketing plans, creating and maintaining production schedules, coordinating team projects and providing support for director/publisher Pat Keiffner. He currently lives in downtown Indianapolis and enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
Lead Graphic Designer
Scott joined the IBJ Custom Publishing team in the fall of 2007 as our lead graphic designer. He is a 2003 graduate of Ball State University, where he studied journalism and telecommunications. While at Ball State, Scott published more than 650 advertisements, was a regularly featured columnist and collected 15 local and national collegiate graphic design awards for his work with the campus newspaper, The Ball State Daily News. He also worked simultaneously at The Star Press in Muncie, IN, as a sports reporter where he published more than 150 bylined articles ranging from game coverage
to human interest pieces. He joined the IBJ staff after spending 3 years with The Indianapolis Star as a senior graphic designer in the market development department where he worked on a variety of marketing campaigns. During his tenure at The Star, Scott was creative director of the Indiana High School Basketball All-Star Games. Since joining IBJ, Scott has been involved in a variety of projects ranging from annual reports, directories, magazines, books and marketing pieces. Scott lives in the Geist area with his wife, Ginny, and their weimaraner, Blue.
Steve Harris joined IBJ Media in December 2007 with 17 years of publishing experience. He began his career as sports editor at a daily newspaper shortly after graduating from the University of Kentucky. After learning the ropes of newspaper publishing for two years, he was editor, art director and production manager for a business magazine for 10 years. He then co-owned a publishing company for two years before becoming a copy writer and account manager for an advertising and marketing firm. Prior to joining IBJ Media, he worked as production manager for a magazine publishing company. Steve has also been an adjunct journalism professor for 13 years at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). He enjoys playing golf, renovating houses and spending time with his wife Jessica and two dogs Tiger and Charlie.
